Picking, Posting and Delivery

In most cases orders placed will be processed within 48hrs of receiving payment, during normal working hours. Monday – Friday 9.00 – 16.00 hrs. excluding bank holidays and weekends 

Items will be posted via a signed for and tracked service, usually Royal Mail. The service will be 2nd class unless specified differently at checkout, estimated delivery times will be up to 3 business days. Once the item is posted, Searching Plants Limited cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery. Should you experience a delay or damaged product please complete the Contact Us form on the contact us page of the website, include as much detail as possible and we will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Complaints 

Should for any reason you wish to make a compliant. In the first instance complete the contact us form on the website. We have a complaints procedure in place which will be followed internally which will enable us to recognise and understand your compliant as quickly as possible, which in turn will result in your complaint being dealt with as swiftly as possible.
